CSR Policy
Black Diamond Motors Private Limited commits itself to contribute towards society in ways possible for the organization and conduct its business in an economically socially environmentally sustainable manner that is transparent and ethical and hereby undertakes CSR activities in accordance with the provisions of The Companies Act and Rules provided therein.
Aims & Objectives
- To lay down guidelines to make CSR a key business process for the sustainable development of society.
- To directly/indirectly undertake activities and programs that will enhance the quality of life and economic well-being of communities in and around our site and society at large.
- To generate goodwill and recognition among all stakeholders of the company.
CSR Committee
CSR Committee shall be formed as per Companies Law and Rules and the Committee shall be responsible for the implementation, monitoring and review of its policy and various projects/ activities undertaken under the policy. The CSR Committee shall submit a Report to the Board. The Board shall review the policy, monitor the proper implementation of the policy and review and amend it as and when required.

Role of Committee
- Drafting CSR Policy and recommending same to Board.
- Review and recommendation of any new CSR initiative to be taken up by the Board including selection/appointment of any implementation agency.
- Review of CSR project already undertaken by the Company and utilization of budget allotted to the same.
- Preparation and forwarding of CSR report to the Board.
- Review and recommend any amendment in CSR policy.
- To carry on other such activities as may be delegated to it by the Board.
CSR Activities
The scope of CSR activities shall cover these areas but not be limited to the same any may extend to other programs within the areas covered under Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013
- Eradicating hunger and poverty
- Promotion of education & special education and enhancement of vocational skills among children, women and especially abled people.
- Promoting gender equality and Women’s empowerment
- Contribution to incubators or research and development projects in the field of science and technology, engineering & medicine funded by Govt.
- Promoting healthcare, safety, sanitation
- Ensuring environmental sustainability & ecological balance.
- Welfare of underprivileged people of the society, socially & economically backward groups, differently-abled people, senior citizens, orphans
- Contributing to funds as mentioned in the Schedule VII
Sources of funding
The Committee shall endeavour to spend at least 2.00% of the average Net Profit of the immediate three financial years as computed as per The Companies Act. Any surplus arising out of the contribution made for CSR activities shall not form part of the business profit of the company and be redeployed for CSR activities.
CSR Reporting
The Board in its Annual Report shall disclose the details of CSR activities undertaken during the Financial Year.
